Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to use this site.

DRAFT. This text is a starting point and has not been checked by a solicitor. Replace the square-bracket items and have it reviewed before the site goes live.

Our aim

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 level AA. The site supports keyboard use, visible focus, light and dark themes, zoom and reduced motion (the background animation stops if your device asks for less motion).

Where we fall short

This site has not yet had an independent accessibility audit. [List known issues after testing.] The map in the customer portal is also available as a list.

Ask for another format

Email thomas.michael.rees@gmail.com if you need information in another format, such as large print or plain text. We will reply within [5] working days.

Complaints

Tell us if you find a problem and we will try to fix it. If you are not happy with our reply, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS).
