Home Improvement Leads is run from Bridgend, Wales. We turn public planning applications into a short, scored weekly list for local trades.
Why we started
Every home extension, loft conversion or new build has to go through planning, and councils publish those applications. They are a good early sign that someone will need a builder, a kitchen, windows or solar. But reading hundreds of applications a week to find the right ones takes hours.
We do the reading, sorting and scoring, and send each trade the few that suit them.
What we promise
Public data only
Everything comes from councils' public planning registers. We link to the council's own record for every lead.
No names
We do not store or pass on applicants' or agents' names. Leads show the site address and the work proposed.
Straight answers
Values are rough guides. Leads arrive after the council publishes its list. We will tell you what we cover and what we do not.
How we are different
Scoring for your trade, a map of your leads, and a simple way to tell us which leads turned into work, so the scoring gets better over time.
